Acknowledgement of your complaint will be made within 1 business day. Communication will be regular throughout the investigation process so you are aware of each step along the way.

Once our investigation is complete, we will advise you of the outcome. Ian Weigh Toyota always has our customers rights in mind in accordance to the Australian Consumer Law when investigating any complaint.
