Over the past 20 years Ian Weigh Toyota has supported various local community organisations and have received numerous appreciations from the organisations. Listed below are only a small number of organisations that we have supported:

CAPRICORN ENTERPRISE –
Ian Weigh Toyota is currently sponsoring Capricorn Enterprise with a Toyota Kluger for their use to help promote tourism in the Central Queensland region.

CANCER COUNCIL QUEENSLAND –
Hundreds of Central Queenslanders are expected to benefit from the delivery of a brand new pink Toyota Yaris donated jointly to Cancer Council Queensland by Schwarz Excavations and Ian Weigh Toyota. Click Here To View Full Media Release

NATIONAL TREE DAY  –
Each year Ian Weigh Toyota and the Rockhampton Regional Council join forces to host the Rockhampton & Yeppoon National Tree Day events. Thousands of trees are planted during the events by volunteers who give up a Sunday morning to do their part for the environment. A sausage sizzle is proudly supplied by Ian Weigh Toyota.

QREX – QLD RESOURCES EXPO –
Ian Weigh Toyota has recently sponsored the Rockhampton Tourist & Business Information (RTBI) centre as a Associate Supporter Partner. We have also provided the RTBI with 2 Toyota Aurions for their use throughout the event.

PARADISE LAGOONS CAMPDRAFT –
Ian Weigh Toyota has been a sponsor of Paradise Lagoons, Australia’s largest Campdraft for many years. Most recently Ian Weigh Toyota is a Bronze Sponsor of the event for 2017.

THE CAPRICORN HELICOPTER SERVICE –
Ian Weigh Toyota has provided sponsorship assistance to Capricorn Helicopter Rescue Service through the use of a Toyota Camry.

QUEENSLAND FIRE & RESCUE SERVICE –
Assistance fire training in emergency procedures.

THE AUSTRALIAN CYCLING TEAM (AIS) –
Ian Weigh Toyota has supported the Australian Cycling team each year with vehicles to assist them during their training camps in Rockhampton.

ANNA MEARES –
Commonwealth Bronze Medallist, Olympic Gold Medallist

KERRIE MEARES –
Commonwealth Gold Medallist

THE CATHEDRAL COLLEGE –
Sponsorship assistance was provided by IWM for the 11th Annual Bullarama.

EMMAUS COLLEGE –
IWM took part in work experience placement, apprenticeships and traineeships programs to support students from Emmaus College.

THE ROCKHAMPTON GRAMMAR SCHOOL –
Certificate of Appreciation awarded to Ian Weigh Toyota Service Department – The students and staff of The Rockhampton Grammar School thankyou for your valuable contribution to the School’s Work Experience Programme during 2005.

YEPPOON STATE HIGH SCHOOL –
Music of Excellence – Supporting the Music of Excellence 2003 Brisbane Tour

Automotive apprentices at the Rockhampton campus of Central Queensland TAFE have received an early Christmas present with the donation of two cars from Ian Weigh Toyota.
